Hello. I’m a psychotherapist based in London who works with people across the UK to manage, or let go of, the challenges life causes. This is by using clinically proven techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness.

I passionately believe these are effective in dealing with the negative emotions we can all experience. These include anxiety, anger, shame, guilt, hurt, depression and envy amongst others.

Whatever your challenge, you are welcome to get in touch for an initial chat to identify how we could work together to understand and move on from it. We can meet face to face or online, whatever suits you best.

I’m registered with, and approved by, leading health insurance companies, if that helps.
